Our NursesChoice LED devices are large, heavy items that ship in protective packaging, so they carry a flat shipping rate and are not covered by free shipping over $200.00. A tracking number is provided on both standard and express.
If your order contains an LED device alongside other products, both rates apply and are combined. Your exact shipping total is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
