Collection and delivery

Collect in clinic

You can collect your order from The Glow Co. Aesthetics, 75A Groom Street, Gordon Park QLD 4031. We're an appointment-based clinic, so collection is by arranged time only and we can't offer walk-in collection. Choose a collection time at checkout from the times shown, and we'll email you when your order is ready.

The last in-clinic collection is at 12:00 pm on Christmas Eve, Thursday 24 December.

Delivery

Standard shipping is $11.00, and it's free on orders of $200.00 or more. Express shipping is $15.00.

NursesChoice LED devices ship at their own rates: $15.00 for standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) or $22.00 for express shipping (1 to 2 business days). Free standard shipping doesn't apply to LED devices.

How does the 20% off work?

Choose any three or more physical Murad, Airyday and Guiya Minerals products in one order. The 20% comes off automatically at checkout from 1 November to 31 December 2026 (Brisbane time). You don't need a code.

Can I mix brands?

Yes. Any combination across Murad, Airyday and Guiya Minerals counts, or three of the same product. Choose for the person you are buying for, or choose your own favourites.

What is excluded from the 20%?

The NursesChoice LED mask range and eGift Cards. They don't count towards the three, and the LED range has its own promotion.

Can I use another discount code as well?

No. The 20% can't be combined with any other discount code or offer.

How do I buy an eGift Card?

eGift Cards are bought through our secure Timely checkout. They are not part of the 20% offer and are not discounted. Expiry and redemption details are shown at purchase.

What if a product sells out?

Products are available while stock lasts.

Does the 20% end before Christmas?

No. The 20% stays available until 31 December, even though our last in-clinic collection is at 12:00 pm on Christmas Eve.
