The NursesChoice LED Light Therapy Face Mask is Nurse Lisa's favourite at-home LED device, and the one she uses herself. Clients kept asking whether there was something they could use between visits, and for a long time the honest answer was not really: most masks were underpowered, overpromised, or both. This one delivers four separate wavelengths across 240 LEDs at a measured output of 53 mW/cm², in flexible silicone that sits against the face so the light actually reaches the skin evenly. It will not replace a professional treatment, and it is not meant to. It is a maintenance tool, used often, in the weeks between them.

How To Use
Start with clean, dry skin, as light travels best without a barrier over it. Choose your setting: red and near-infrared for firmness and overall skin quality, blue for congested or blemish-prone skin, yellow for redness and evenness of tone. Wear the supplied eye protection for every session. Use three to five times a week for 10 to 20 minutes, then apply your serum and moisturiser to damp skin. Consistency matters far more than intensity here. LED is cumulative, and the published research looks at change over roughly eight to twelve weeks, not days.

Before You Buy

Suitable for teenagers with a parent supervising sessions. If a teenager's skin is causing them distress, a GP or dermatologist is the right first call, not a device. LED is a supportive treatment. It is not a cure, and individual results vary.
