How To Use
Each person starts with clean, dry skin and chooses their own setting, which is rather the point: red and near-infrared for firmness and skin quality, blue for congestion and blemishes, yellow for redness and evenness of tone. Two people in a household will often want different things from the same twenty minutes. Wear the supplied eye protection every session. Use three to five times a week for 10 to 20 minutes, then apply serum and moisturiser to damp skin.
