While this treatment involves minimal downtime, following the correct aftercare is essential to ensure optimal results and support the skin’s healing process

Immediately After Your Korean Glass Facial Treatment
Immediately after your Korean Glass Facial, it’s normal to experience:
Mild redness or a flushed appearance across the face
Slight swelling or a soft, raised texture in the treated areas
Localised tenderness or sensitivity to touch
Occasional bruising, particularly under the eyes or near the jawline
These effects are temporary and generally subside within 24–72 hours. Most clients begin to notice enhanced hydration, improved texture, and a refined glow within a few days
Korean Glass Facial Aftercare Guidelines
To protect your Korean Glass Facial Aftercare:
In the first 24 hours:
Avoid wearing makeup for at least 12 hours (24 hours is preferable).
Do not touch, press, or massage your face unnecessarily.
Avoid hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, vigorous workouts, and alcohol consumption.
Sleep with your head slightly elevated to help reduce swelling.
For the next 2–3 days:
Gently cleanse your face with a non-active, non-abrasive cleanser.
Avoid active skincare ingredients such as retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, or vitamin C serums.
Apply a soothing, hydrating moisturiser — ideally one containing hyaluronic acid.
Use a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ daily and avoid direct sun exposure.
Avoid facials, chemical peels, skin needling, or laser treatments during this period.
When Will I See Results?
Some clients notice an instant dewy, hydrated appearance post-treatment. However, the full effect typically develops over 5–7 days, as the skin absorbs the hydrating ingredients and settles.
You can expect:
Smoother, plumper skin
Reduced fine lines and visible pores
Brighter, more refined overall complexion
A series of 2–3 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart may be recommended to achieve and maintain long-term results
When to Contact the Clinic
Side effects are typically minimal, but please reach out to the clinic if you experience:
Swelling or bruising lasting more than 5 days
Increased pain or discomfort
Signs of infection such as heat, pus, or fever
Lumps or uneven texture that do not resolve within one week
